How a case works

Two clocks, kept separate on purpose: our clock (diagnosis, fixes, pack — guaranteed dates in writing) and Google's clock (their review — days to weeks, monitored, never promised). Anyone who quotes you Google's clock as theirs is guessing with your listing.

DAY 0

1 · Intake & freeze

You send the suspension screenshot and answer 10 questions. Rule one from minute one: no edits, no new profile, no parallel requests — that's how owners burn their best appeal attempt.

→
WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY

2 · Case Review

Your suspension type, the cause, and your prognosis — stated plainly, including "don't hire us" if your case isn't viable. Plus the exact fix-and-evidence plan, in order.

→
2 BUSINESS DAYS

3 · Fixes + evidence pack

Profile corrected first, then your documents assembled and cross-checked one by one — every name, address, and phone number agreeing. The pack is delivered file-ready.

→
THEN GOOGLE'S CLOCK

4 · Filing & monitoring

You file our written request (10-minute walkthrough together, or solo with our steps). We monitor; if Google asks for more, we draft the reply. Denied? A second look decides whether an appeal round is genuinely warranted.

What $495 actually builds: the evidence pack

Google doesn't reinstate on arguments. It reinstates on documents that agree with each other. This is the deliverable — from our fictional sample case, shown in full so you can judge the work before paying for it.

EVIDENCE PACK — CASE GBP-SAMPLE12 ITEMS
01Business registration — name + address match profile ✓
02EIN confirmation letter — name + address match ✓
03State trade license — name + address match ✓
04Commercial lease — signage rights included ✓
05Utility bill, business name, dated this month ✓
06–08Photos: permanent signage · storefront · staffed interior ✓
09Branded vehicle photos — real operation proof ✓
10–11Website + Apple/Bing listings — identical details ✓
12Before/after edit record — what changed, when, why ✓
One catch from the real work this sample is modeled on: the first utility bill showed an old suite number. We re-requested the current bill before filing — the mismatch that quietly gets cases denied was caught by us, not by Google.

Why the pack is the product

Your appeal attempts are limited. A request filed on an unfixed profile, or with one inconsistent document, spends an attempt you don't get back — and a denial makes the next round harder, not fresher.

Every document is checked against every other. Name on the license vs. name on the signage vs. name on the profile. Address on the bill vs. address on the lease. Most DIY denials are not about guilt — they're about paperwork that contradicts itself.

The profile is fixed before anything is filed. If the thing that got you suspended is still on the profile, the request asks Google to reinstate a violation. Our compliance audit covers name, address, categories, photos, hours, ownership, and duplicates — and you keep the completed audit either way.

Why profiles get suspended — and what each case takes

Google's notice won't tell you which one you are. The Case Review will. These are the patterns we diagnose, in owner language:

TYPE 1

"Quality issues"

The catch-all. Small violations piled up — wrong categories, drifted details, content flags. Fixed by a full audit, corrections, then a request with proof. The most common case for real businesses.

TYPE 2

The name got "optimized"

Keywords, services, or a city stuffed into the business name — often by a marketer. Fixed by restoring your exact real-world name (the one on your signage and license) before filing.

TYPE 3

The address problem

Virtual office, PO box, co-working desk, or your home shown publicly. Two honest routes: prove a genuinely staffed location, or convert properly to a service-area business.

TYPE 4

Duplicate profiles

Two listings for one business — an old one, an agency-made one, a panic re-create. We identify the profile holding your reviews, reinstate that one only, and clean up after.

TYPE 5

Service-area violations

Trades — plumbing, HVAC, locksmiths, cleaners: shown addresses, oversized service areas, multiple "locations" that are one truck. Google reviews these hardest; evidence quality decides.

TYPE 6+

Edits, flags & restricted categories

Suspended right after a burst of edits, hit by competitor flagging, or in a regulated category with its own rulebook. Each has its own path — the Review names yours, with an honest prognosis.

Pricing — published, in writing, before you pay

Reinstatement services in this market run $150–$800 per listing. Ours sit mid-range on purpose: this is your livelihood listing, and the cheapest stranger on a freelance site is not a case strategy.

  • For Google denials after a first request
  • Denial-cause analysis — what to strengthen
  • New evidence assembled, second request written
  • Only sold when genuinely new material exists
  • Denied elsewhere? Start with a Case Review — your remaining attempts are precious

Offered in the denial email on your case, never as a cold checkout.

You can file a reinstatement request yourself, free. Here's the honest part.

Google's form costs nothing, and some owners succeed with it. What the free route doesn't give you: a diagnosis (Google won't tell you the reason), a fix-first check (file on an unfixed profile and the attempt is spent), evidence discipline (one mismatched address across documents is the most common silent denial), or a second-look if you're denied. Your attempts are limited — that's the whole economics.

Owners hire us for the same reason they hire an accountant for an audit letter: the filing is free; getting it right the first time is the work. And if your Case Review says your case isn't viable, you'll know before you've spent an attempt or another dollar — the report is yours either way.

Commitments, not adjectives

Your password stays yours

We never ask for your Google login — anyone who does is a risk to every account you own. If we need access, you add us as a profile Manager (a standard role you can revoke any time), or you submit the pack we prepare, yourself.

No guaranteed reinstatement — by design

Google decides. Services that guarantee its decision are guaranteeing the one thing nobody controls. We warrant our deliverable instead: if we can't produce a file-ready case, the refund terms in writing say what you get back.

Your documents stay private

Licenses, bills, tax letters are evidence — handled like it. Upload link, case file only, never posted, never used in marketing, deleted 60 days after your case closes. Our only public case is fictional, and it's labeled fictional.

A "no" from us is a deliverable too

If your case isn't viable — no real location, no documentable business — the Case Review tells you in writing and we don't take Package money on it. That rule costs us sales. It's also why owners in your groups will hear our name from people we turned away.

FAQ

How long until I'm back on Google?
Our parts have dates: Case Review within 1 business day; your pack file-ready within 2 business days of your evidence being complete. Google's review runs on Google's clock — days to a few weeks is the honest range, and second reviews can take longer. We monitor your case and tell you the status plainly; we won't dress up waiting as progress.
Can you guarantee reinstatement?
No — and you should run from anyone who does. Google decides, on evidence. What we guarantee is the case work: correct diagnosis, a compliant profile, a complete and consistent evidence pack, a properly written request, and refund terms in writing if we can't deliver that.
I already filed a request myself. Is it too late?
Usually not. Tell us in the intake (question 6) what you filed and what Google replied — it changes the strategy, not the price of the Review. If you were denied, don't file again yet: a second request needs new material, not a louder version of the first.
I already created a new profile after the suspension. Problem?
It's common, and it's fixable — but stop there: don't build it up, don't request reviews on it. Duplicates are handled in a specific order in your plan (reinstate the profile that holds your history first). Question 7 in the intake covers it.
Do you need access to my Google account?
Never your password. Options: add our operator address as a profile Manager (revocable, standard Google role) so we can apply fixes — or apply our marked fix-list yourself and submit the pack with our walkthrough. Many clients choose the second; both work.
What documents will I need?
It depends on your suspension type — your evidence list is built from your diagnosis, not generic. The usual core: business registration or license, a recent utility bill in the business name, and real photos of your signage/premises/vehicles. The Review tells you exactly which ones matter for your case before you gather anything.
My business works from home / a truck. Can I even have a profile?
Yes — as a service-area business, with the address hidden and service areas set honestly. Many suspensions happen because a legitimate mobile business was set up like a storefront. Converting it properly is a standard case type here.
What if my case isn't viable?
The Case Review says so in writing, with the reason and what would have to change — and we won't sell you the Package. The $149 buys the truth before you spend an appeal attempt finding out the hard way.
How do I pay?
The Case Review is a secure payment link on this page ($149). The Full Package is quoted inside your Review report with the $149 credited — $346 balance — so case money only ever follows a diagnosis, in writing.

a competitor takes the call.
